Two people remained hospitalized Thursday at DeTar Hospital Navarro after a two-vehicle wreck Wednesday at Laurent and East Rio Grande streets, said Sgt. Eline Moya of the Victoria Police Department.

Enrique Camarillo, 32, of Austin, was driving a 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle west on East Rio Grande Street when he was struck by a Ford F-150 pickup traveling east on East Rio Grande Street, attempting to turn left onto Laurent Street.

Camarillo and his passenger, Shauna Worrel, 38, were both transported. Worrel is listed in stable condition in the intensive care unit, and Camarillo is in stable condition, said a hospital spokeswoman.

The driver of the truck, Mary Vargas, 37, of Victoria, was not injured. The crash is under investigation.
