Victoria ISD's career and technical education program took 40 students to the SkillsUSA Texas District 12 Leadership Conference in Laredo on Feb. 8.

The conference was a two-day event at Laredo Community College and surrounding high schools.

The SkillsUSA Texas Leadership and Skill Conference will be in Corpus Christi on April 4-7.

"It was a privilege to accompany these fine students and to watch them demonstrate their superior skills in their various areas of career and technical education studies," said Career and Technology Institute Principal David Lynn. "Victoria will be well-represented."
