VICTORIA - A grand jury indicted the following people on March 7:
Lemarvin Dewayne Edmonson, 29, of Houston, on a criminal mischief between $1,500 and $20,000 charge. He is charged with damaging or destroying a bullet resistant plate glass window by hitting it with a sledge hammer at a business in the 5200 block of North Navarro Street on Dec. 28.
Alexia Flores, 18, of Victoria, on two counts of engaging in organized criminal activity. She is charged with intentionally and knowingly threatening imminent bodily injury by discharging a firearm at, or in the direction of, two people and fleeing on Dec. 27.
Ismael Garcia Jr., 26, of Victoria, on a possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram charge. He is charged with possessing less than 1 gram of cocaine on Jan. 10.
James Rodney Holt, 47, of Victoria, on unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and deadly conduct discharge of a firearm charges. He is charged with knowingly possessing a firearm on the anniversary of his release from community supervision and recklessly discharging it in the direction of a trailer on Jan. 16.
Veronica Rachel Jaramillo, 36, of Victoria, on a fraudulently possessing a controlled substance or a prescription charge. She is charged with sending in a prescription to H-E-B on behalf of a doctor who did not authorize it.
Darian "Dirty" Pancho Luna, 18, of Victoria, on three counts of engaging in organized criminal activity. He is charged with stealing a purse and a Christmas present from a house on Dec. 17. He is also charged with intentionally and knowingly threatening imminent bodily injury by discharging a firearm at, or in the direction of, two people and fleeing on Dec. 27.
