UHV golf enters final round in second place

RICHARDSON - UHV is six strokes off the lead after the first round of the UT-Dallas Lady Comet Invitational on Monday.
Jaguars Becky Benchot and Lyndie Smith are among the quartet that shot an 11-over 82 during play at the Canyon Creek Country Club. The two are in second place, four shots behind Schreiner's Gabby Rosales.
Schreiner leads the team tournament with a 331. The Jaguars are second, followed by Concordia, Texas Lutheran and UT-Dallas.
