Sentenced

VICTORIA - Ethan Kole Ender, 22, of Kennedy, to two years of probation and 80 community service hours after he pleaded guilty Thursday to aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

VICTORIA - Trey Kyron Williams, 22, of Victoria, to two years in state jail after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to forgery of a financial instrument. Williams also was sentenced to two years in state jail after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to credit card or debit card abuse.

VICTORIA - Estefana Teresa Diaz, 25, of Victoria, to two years of probation and 80 community service hours after she pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

VICTORIA - Ricky Thomas Oliver Jr., 22, of Bloomington, to two years of probation and 80 community service hours after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

VICTORIA - Jesus Benavides, 20, of Victoria, to five years of probation and 80 community service hours after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to burglary of a habitation.

VICTORIA - Ernest Estrada, 50, of Victoria, to five years of probation after his probation was extended Wednesday for a 2007 driving while intoxicated third or more charge.

VICTORIA - Gabriel James Soto, 33, of Bloomington, to two years of probation after his probation was extended Wednesday for a 2008 injury to a child, elderly or disabled person with intent to bodily injure charge.

VICTORIA - Jerry G. Villarreal, 41, of Victoria, to two years of probation after his probation was extended Tuesday for a 2006 obstruction and retaliation charge.

VICTORIA - Robert Elias Medrano-Brumbelow, 42, of Victoria, to two years of probation after his probation was extended Tuesday for a 2004 aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge.

VICTORIA - Ruben Gonzales II, 27, of Victoria, to six months in state jail after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to forgery of a financial instrument.

VICTORIA - Corey B. Sackett, 22, of Inez, to five years of probation and 240 community service hours after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to theft stolen property between $1,500 and $20,000.
