Victoria College basketball all-star game features top local talent

• WHEN: 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday

• WHERE: VISD Events Center, the former Memorial Gym, 1110 Sam Houston Drive

• COST: $5 for adults, $2 for students and free for children 5 and under

Thirty-eight players have been selected for the fifth annual Victoria College/Chick-fil-A All-Star Games set for Monday.

This year, Victoria College is partnering with VISD to hold the game in VISD's special events gymnasium, the former Memorial Gym on Sam Houston Drive, to accommodate more fans.

The boys game is at 8 p.m.; the girls take the court at 6 p.m.

There will be a dunk contest during halftime of the boys' game and a 3-point contest during halftime of the girls' game.
