Victoria College will hold an open house from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday for its Academy of Lifelong Learning designed for active seniors.

The come-and-go event will be held at VC's Continuing Education Center. Refreshments will be served.

A sampling of spring courses includes: • Basic home repair

• Origins of Victoria

• A day trip to Luling to visit Tiny Texas Houses

• Understanding different religions

• Weekly mahjong and domino games

"The public is invited to stop by and see what classes are offered this spring, visit with members and instructors and join today," said Sherri Pall, Workforce and Continuing Education director. "They will also meet Destiny Olson, the new program specialist for the Academy of Lifelong Learning, who has put together a great lineup of courses for the spring."
