Victoria emergency responders work to clean up the scene of a two-vehicle accident at Navarro Street and Zac Lentz Parkway.

A driver was injured Saturday in a two-vehicle wreck and taken to DeTar Hospital Navarro.

David Baker, 25, of Victoria, was driving a grey Hyundai Elantra west on Zac Lentz Parkway. Victoria Police Officer Jason Stone said Baker collided with a white Chevrolet Suburban, driven by Francisco Alvarado, 44, of Victoria, who was traveling north on Navarro Street.

Stone said he was not sure which car was at fault in the wreck, which occurred about 4:30 p.m.

Baker was listed in stable condition as of Saturday afternoon. Stone said Alvarado was cited for not having a driver's license.
