Best Nursing Home: Twins Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Twin Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was voted the Advocate's 2013 Best of the Best competition.

The continued recognition of Twin Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Center as the Best of the Best in the Crossroads is a source of pride for administrator Mat Bain.

"We set the standard for quality care in our community, and we would like to thank the Victoria community for their votes this year," said Bain, noting this is the fourth consecutive year for the honor.

"Twin Pines is the only locally owned and operated skilled nursing facility in Victoria. We have more than 30 years of caring for the Victoria's families and continue to provide our community with quality skilled nursing care.

"Our success is a combined dedication of our facility staff and families to our residents' quality of life. The team at Twin Pines works hard every day to provide our residents with a clean, warm, safe, happy and home-like environment," he said.

Later this year, that quality care will be expanded as Twin Pines North is expected to open in the fall. The 91-bed skilled nursing facility will be located on the corner of Briggs and Mallette, Bain said.
