A Victoria woman was injured after her white 2003 GMC Safari clipped a gray 2011 Dodge pickup while she was trying to exit Zac Lentz Parkway at 3:12 p.m. Monday.
Diana Lentz, 55, was in the inside lane traveling east on Zac Lentz when she cut in front of the Dodge, driven by Jimmy Spikes, 37, of Victoria, who was traveling in the outside lane.
She was trying to get onto the off-ramp leading to North Main Street, said Sgt. Adam Rodriguez of the Victoria Police Department.
"She then got knocked back into the retaining wall," Rodriguez said.
No citations have been issued, and the wreck remains under investigation.
Lentz was listed in stable condition in a private room at DeTar Hospital Navarro on Monday night.
Spikes was not injured, police said.
