VICTORIA - A 20-year-old Victoria man by officers Saturday on suspicion of harassment of a public servant, resisting arrest, search or transport and a class C misdemeanor.

VICTORIA - A 21-year-old Victoria man by officers Saturday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram.

VICTORIA - Rocky Julio Balboa, 17, of Victoria, by officers Sunday on a warrant charging him with burglary of a vehicle.

VICTORIA - David Anthony Yost, 49, of Victoria, by officers Sunday on a warrant charging him with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

VICTORIA - A 46-year-old San Francisco man by officers Monday on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

VICTORIA - Imelda Ramirez Huerta, 48, of Victoria, by officers Monday on a warrant charging her with theft.

VICTORIA - A 24-year-old Port Lavaca woman by deputies Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, second offense.

VICTORIA - Juan Jose Zuniga, 49, of Houston, by officers Monday on a warrant charging him with assault causing bodily injury.

VICTORIA - Jose Magdaleno Ramos, 25, of New Kenny, by deputies Tuesday on a warrant charging him with assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

VICTORIA - A 27-year-old Fannin man by officers Tuesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance.



Assaulted

VICTORIA - A 17-year-old Victoria man in the 1600 block of Anaqua Avenue on Sunday.

VICTORIA - A 20-year-old Victoria man in the 1200 block of West Stayton Avenue on Saturday.

VICTORIA - A 53-year-old Victoria man in the 2300 block of Mallette Drive on Friday.

VICTORIA - A 30-year-old Victoria woman in the 200 block of Westwood Drive on Saturday.

VICTORIA - A 32-year-old Victoria man in the 4100 block of North Navarro Street on Saturday.



Burglarized

VICTORIA - A home in the 1300 block of North Ben Wilson Street on Sunday. Two glass window panes and a wooden doorjamb for a side door were damaged. The damage was valued at $100.

VICTORIA - A home in the 1000 block of South Cameron Street on Friday. A pad lock valued at $20, seven fishing poles valued at $300, a string trimmer valued at $75, a red push lawn mower valued at $250, a Winchester 12-gauge pump shotgun valued at $350 and a Smith & Wesson .40-caliber semi-automatic handgun valued at $400 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A home in the 3300 block of Avondale Street Sunday. A Homelite weed trimmer valued at $100, two Craftsman weed trimmers each valued at $100, a red air compressor hose valued at $30 and a yellow electric extension cord valued at $30 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A 2006 blue Nissan Altima in the 200 block of Clydesdale Lane Friday. A black MP3 player valued at $200 and a radar detector valued at $150 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A 1996 white Chevrolet Cavalier in the 200 block of North Star Drive on Saturday. A multicolor women's purse valued at $80, eight Social Security cards each valued at $25, $50 in cash, a Texas drivers license valued at $15 and a Texas child support card valued at $5 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A 1991 white Nissan Stanza in the 400 block of North George Street on Sunday. A gray Nine West purse valued at $50, a gray woman's wallet valued at $10, $300 in cash, a Texas ID valued at $20 and a Social Security card, valued at $20, were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A home in the 700 block of East South Street on Saturday. A Cricket phone valued at $200 was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A 2002 white Toyota Tacoma in the 200 block of Richmond Road Saturday. Four pairs of athletic shoes valued at $350, six pairs of shorts valued at $250, four T-shirts valued at $150, a silver necklace valued at $40 and a silver watch valued at $80 were reported missing. The front passenger window, the left rear tire and the right front tire were also damaged. The damage was valued at $500.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 3200 block of South Laurent Street on Sunday. A leather purse with a cross valued at $30, a white cloth wallet valued at $10, a set of keys valued at $40, a Texas ID card valued at $12, a debit card valued at $2, gift boxed items valued at $30, prescription medicine valued at $20, a Social Security card valued at $2 and a Care Bears wallet valued at $10 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A building in the 700 block of Blyth Road on Monday. Doritos chips valued at $8.58 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A home in the 3100 block of Wildwood Street on Monday. Copper wire, value unknown, was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A home in the 3100 block of Juan Linn Street on Monday. Electronics and jewelry valued at $1,669 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 4100 block of Houston Highway on Sunday. A laptop valued at $600 was reported missing.



Damaged

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 500 block of Krause Street on Monday, with damages reported at $1,000.

VICTORIA - A black iPhone and the hood of a 2010 black Chevrolet Camaro in the 3100 block of Swan Drive on Wednesday. The damage was valued at $400.

VICTORIA - The passenger window of a 2013 silver Dodge Challenger in the 3200 block of Pleasant Green Drive. The damage was valued at $100.

VICTORIA - A glass window at a home in the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue Friday. The damage was valued at $50.

VICTORIA - A 32-inch flat screen TV and the interior of a home in the 3000 block of Oaklawn Street on Sunday. The damage was valued at $5,000.

VICTORIA - Three picture frames, a metal candle holder and a ceramic angel at a home in the 700 block of Salem Road on Friday. The damage was valued at $110.



Stolen

VICTORIA - Two vehicle and house keys valued at $6 from a parking lot in the 600 block of North George Street on Thursday. A maroon Chevrolet Tahoe's steering column was also damaged. The damage was valued at $300.

VICTORIA - A Jacuzzi corner bathtub valued at $700 from a specialty store in the 4300 block of North Vine Street on May 1. A chain-link gate was also damaged. The damage was valued at $200.

VICTORIA - $1,227.56 in cash from a specialty store in the 6700 block of Northeast Zac Lentz Parkway on May 1.

VICTORIA - A Whirlpool refrigerator valued at $500 and a Whirlpool glass top stove valued at $700 from a home in the 3000 block of Miori Lane on Thursday.

VICTORIA - A red Samsung Galaxy S 3 cellphone valued at $450 from a person in the 5900 block of North Navarro Street on Saturday.

VICTORIA - $210 in cash from a grocery store in the 1500 block of East Rio Grande Street on Sunday.

VICTORIA - $1,856.24 from the 600 block of Berwick Road on Friday.



Sentenced

VICTORIA - Luis Ramon Perez, 32, of Victoria, to 15 years in prison after he pleaded guilty May 1 to manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance greater than or equal to 400 grams.

VICTORIA - Gilbert Perez III, 33, of Victoria, to 15 years in prison after he pleaded guilty May 1 to manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance greater than or equal to 400 grams.

VICTORIA - Gilberto Perez Jr., 56, of Victoria, to seven years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty May 1 to manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams.

VICTORIA - Esmeralda Sanchez Perez, 55, of Victoria, to two years probation after she pleaded guilty May 1 to possession of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds.

VICTORIA - Mia Marie Gatica, 30, of Victoria, to two years probation after she pleaded guilty May 1 to possession of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds.

VICTORIA - Joseph Ben-David Chipps, 23, of Cuero, to 20 years in prison after he pleaded guilty May 1 to aggravated robbery.

VICTORIA - Leonard Garza, 42, of Victoria, to 10 years probation and 80 hours community service after he pleaded guilty May 1 to driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

VICTORIA - Kirk Allen Reddoch, 24, of Victoria, to two years probation and 40 hours community service after he pleaded guilty May 1 to assault causing bodily injury.

VICTORIA - Mary Ann Harper, 25, of Victoria, to 10 years probation after she pleaded guilty May 1 to burglary of a habitation intend to commit other felony.

VICTORIA - Jason Phillip Beckner, 33, of Victoria, to 10 years in prison after he pleaded guilty May 1 to burglary of a habitation intend to commit other felony.

VICTORIA - Sherry Wright Shelton, also known as Sherry Lynn Brannan or Sherry Lynn Shelton, 50, of Victoria, to 17 years in prison after her sentence for an April 2010 manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance about 400 grams case was amended May 1.



Victoria County Indicted

VICTORIA - A Victoria County grand jury returned indictments on the following people on Thursday.

Maria Garcia Castellano, 46, of Victoria, on a charge of theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions. She is charged with stealing a belt and clothing valued at less than $1,500 from a business March 17.

Jennifer Contreras Glover, 38, of Victoria, on a charge of theft property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions. She is charged with stealing a container of powder valued at less than $1,500 from a business Feb. 7.

Cody Lewis Rohleder, 24, of Paris, on a charge of assault of a public servant. He is charged with intentionally hitting a Victoria police officer while the officer was attempting to break up a fight Dec. 15.

Felix Cavasos III, 42, of Victoria, on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is charged with threatening and running at a man with a screwdriver March 24.

Seikas Sanders, 32, of Victoria, on charges of manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance, cocaine, between 4 and 200 grams and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon Jan. 14.

Manuel Peralez Jr., 46, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds Feb. 28.

Samantha Desirae Soto, 20, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, less than 1 gram Feb. 28.

Billy Bob Aguilar, 29, of Victoria, on charges of manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance, cocaine, between 4 and 200 grams and tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair Feb. 28.

Donald Roy Brown, 46, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, less than 1 gram March 19.

William Bryan Thaxton III, 23, of Victoria, on a possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, less than 1 gram charge Feb. 5.

Shane Conrad Kuester Jr., 28, of Victoria, on a charge of bail jumping and failure to appear in an injury to a child case April 16.



Lavaca County Indicted

HALLETTSVILLE - The Lavaca County grand jury met April 24 and issued the following indictments.

Moses Alvarado, 35, of Yoakum, on a charge of assault bodily injury family violence enhanced, continuance violence against the family, three counts.

James Bankhead, 41, of Yoakum, on a charge of theft with two or more previous convictions.

Dawayne Boser, 42, of Hallettsville, on a charge of assault bodily injury family violence enhanced.

Demyron Eaton, 26, of Schulenburg, on a charge of robbery.

Chalmon Lee Ford, Jr., 43, of Yoakum, on a charge of credit card/debit card abuse.

Jamylon McMafee, 23, of Hallettsville, on a charge of tampering with physical evidence.

Jay Paul Pena, 29, of Yoakum, on charges of burglary of a building and theft.

Lee Sierra, 35, of Brenham, on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third offense.

William Marvin Simpson, 54, of Hallettsville, on a charge of burglary of habitation.

Donald Stafford, 23, of Hallettsville, on a charge of theft.

Brandon Wimberly, 32, of Sublime, on charges of credit card/debit card abuse and theft of firearm.
