A complaint of a student molesting another child has been found unsubstantiated by the Victoria school district, officials said Friday.
The report of inappropriate sexual contact was made by one student Tuesday, according to school officials.
School officials followed protocol in also reporting the incident to the Victoria County Sheriff's Office and Child Protective Services.
After established procedures, both agencies began separate investigations, according to a letter Rowland Elementary School officials sent home to parents Friday.
A sheriff's office spokesman said that agency's report should be completed by next week.
