Will Victoria College be offering Kids College again this summer?

Each of the science, art, archaeology and forensic investigation classes cost $95, and the basketball and volleyball skills camps are $65 each.
"We have another exciting lineup of summer activities for area youth," said Sherri Pall, Victoria College Workforce & Continuing Education director. "This is a great opportunity for them to learn something new, explore a hobby and make new friends."
Children interested in art can sign up for the Abra Dabra Cadoodle! class and learn how to paint using various mediums and techniques. In Origami & Paper Quilling, students can discover how to take a flat piece of paper and turn it into a three-dimensional shape.

History buffs will get their fill in Buried "Treasure:" Archaeology! in the Museum of the Coastal Bend. There, they can learn how we know about people's lives hundreds or thousands of years ago and what broken pots and garbage can tell us. Also at the museum, kids can discover how people long ago explored and settled Texas in Exploring New Lands.
