Victoria native's dance studio wins national competition

Victoria native Laura Reyna is owner and program director for Studio 74, a nonprofit organization that provides dance, educational programming and outreach for school-age children and young adults who want to continue their dance education in Fort Worth. Three different age groups from Studio 74 competed in the Dallas Cowboy National Dance Competition on Feb. 9 at Dallas Cowboy Stadium. All three groups were named national champions in the hip-hop crew division. They were also invited to perform in one of the Dallas Cowboys' 2013 preseason games. Reyna is the daughter of Joe and Chiqui Reyna and the granddaughter of Mary O. Reyna, all of Victoria, and the late Joe Reyna.
