Wrecked

VICTORIA - Two vehicles at the intersection in the 2100 block of Ben Wilson Street on Tuesday after one driver failed to yield right of way. Four occupants were treated at Citizens Medical Center.

VICTORIA - Two vehicles in the 100 block of LaSalle Crossing on Wednesday after one driver failed to yield right of way. One driver was transported to Citizens Medical Center.



Arrested

VICTORIA - LaJill Kitchens Hardrick, 35, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging her with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

VICTORIA - A 28-year-old Victoria woman by deputies Wednesday on suspicion of assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

VICTORIA - An 18-year-old Victoria woman by deputies Wednesday on suspicion of failing to identify a fugitive and giving false information.

VICTORIA - A 50-year-old Victoria man by deputies Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

VICTORIA - A 50-year-old Victoria man by deputies Wednesday on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon of a family or household member.

VICTORIA - A 17-year-old Victoria teen by deputies Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana greater than 2 ounces.

VICTORIA - An 18-year-old Victoria woman by deputies Thursday on suspicion of possession of marijuana greater than 2 ounces in a drug-free zone.

VICTORIA - A 23-year-old Victoria man by deputies Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.



Burglarized

VICTORIA - A home in the 100 block of Tampico Court on Tuesday. Nothing was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 2600 block of Miori Lane on Tuesday. A camera valued at $100 was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 1700 block of Warren Avenue on Tuesday. Nothing was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A home in the 5600 block of Dairy Road on Monday. A rifle and shotgun both valued at $600 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 400 block of North Navarro Street on Tuesday. A phone valued at $200 and $500 in cash were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A store in the 7800 block of North Navarro Street on Tuesday. Clothing valued at $331 was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 1700 block of Meadowlane Street on Tuesday. A makeup bag valued at $5, a phone charger valued at $15, sunglasses valued at $150 and $10 in cash were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 300 block of East North Street on Tuesday. A Coach purse valued at $90, a Social Security card, two driver's licenses, a bank debit card and $80 in cash were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 900 block of North Navarro Street on Wednesday. A 14 karat gold men's chain necklace valued at $7,000 was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 900 block of Taylor Avenue on Thursday. A radar detector valued at $150, a GPS valued at $300, two phone chargers valued at $30, a bank card, driver's license, hunting and fishing license and $500 in cash were reported missing.



Indicted

Editor's Note: An indictment is not an indication of guilt. It is a finding by a grand jury that enough evidence exists to warrant a trial.

VICTORIA - A grand jury returned indictments on the following people May 16:

Omar G. Rosas, 27, of Victoria, on charges of burglary of a habitation and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. He is charged with entering a house without permission and assaulting the owner and another person March 11. Rosas was convicted in November 2011 of possession of a controlled substance and was not allowed to carry a weapon, according to the indictment.

Xavier Adrian Fuentes, 21, of Victoria, on a charge of driving while intoxicated third or more offense Feb. 24.

Marquis Jon Kasper, 19, of Victoria, on charges of aggravated robbery and unauthorized use of a vehicle. He is charged with showing a knife while stealing property March 20 and driving a car without the owner's permission Jan. 20.

Krystal Lynn Salinas, 21, of Victoria, on a charge of aggravated robbery. She is charged with exhibiting a knife while stealing property March 20.

Dusty Ray Allar, 31, of Yorktown, on a charge of assault of a public servant. He is charged with injuring a police officer Feb. 9.

Matthew Travis Harfst, 19, of Victoria, on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault of a family or household member by impeding their breath or circulation and theft of a firearm. He is charged with pointing a gun and threatening to shoot his girlfriend and choking her Jan. 26. He is also charged with stealing that gun on the same day.
