Wrecked

VICTORIA - An employee of Toyota of Victoria was struck by a 2013 Toyota Camry driven by another employee Friday afternoon. Because the accident occurred on private property, the Victoria Police Department did not conduct an investigation.



Arrested

VICTORIA - Anthony Allen Adams, 40, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with the burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit another felony.

VICTORIA - A 51-year-old Austin man by officers Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

VICTORIA - Robert Thomas Bruce, 28, of Victoria, by officers Thursday on a warrant charging him with violation of parole.

VICTORIA - Rosemary Partida Cabarello, 34, of Victoria, by officers Thursday on a warrant charging her with driving while intoxicated.

VICTORIA - A 40-year-old Victoria woman by officers Thursday on suspicion of theft valued between $50 and $500.

VICTORIA - David Lee Cecil Jr., 41, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with burglary of a habitation.

VICTORIA - John Marquis Kasper, 19, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrants charging him with aggravated robbery and the unauthorized use of a vehicle.

VICTORIA - A 21-year-old Victoria man by deputies Thursday on suspicion of the burglary of a vehicle.

VICTORIA - Scott Ryan Mayne, 37, of Victoria, by officers Thursday on a warrant charging him with possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance.

VICTORIA - Rosalind Linda Soloya, 50, of Bloomington, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging her with driving while intoxicated.



Burglarized

VICTORIA - A home on the 3100 block of Wildwood Street on Thursday. Central AC unit components valued at $1,350 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle on the 1200 block of Levi Street on Thursday. Extension cords, drill bits, side cutters, a screwdriver set and spools of wire all valued at $2,245 were reported missing.



Stolen

VICTORIA - Cash totaling $200 from the 2500 block of North Ben Jordan Street on Thursday.

VICTORIA - A game system and assorted DVDs and games valued together at $3,200 in the 1400 block of Melrose Avenue on Thursday.



Indicted

Jose Flores, 23, of Victoria, on a charge of burglary of a habitation and assault of a family or household member by impeding their breath or circulation. He is charged with entering his girlfriend's house without her permission and choking her Jan. 4.

Darrell Eugene Body, 19, of Victoria, on a charge of burglary of a building. He is charged with breaking into a business in the 1700 block of Houston Highway on Nov. 19.

Chaz Ryan Johnson, 19, of Victoria, on a charge of burglary of a building. He is charged with breaking into a business in the 1700 block of Houston Highway to try to steal Nov. 19.

Bradford Oneal Mosely, 61, of Victoria, on a charge of theft of property less than $1,500 with previous convictions. He is charged with stealing chicken and razors valued at less than $1,500 from a store in the 1500 block of Rio Grande Street on March 19.

David Anthony Yost, 49, of Victoria, on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He is charged with driving a car without the owner's permission Sept. 22.

Leonardo Philip Cervantes, 25, of Victoria, on a charge of theft of property, an automobile engine, between $1,500 and $20,000 on Jan. 21.

Daniel Mendoza, 20, of Victoria, on a charge of evading arrest detention with a vehicle March 29.

Samuel Barrera, 32, of Victoria, on a charge of tampering or fabricating physical evidence with the intent to impair. He is charged with destroying or concealing marijuana during an investigation March 10.

Michael Angelo Castro, 23, of Lubbock, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, between 1 and 4 grams Feb. 9.

Joseph Anthony Canchola, 20, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, less than 1 gram Feb. 28.
