More rain likely Wednesday

After getting about a 1/4of an inch of rain Tuesday, showers and thunderstorms are also likely Wednesday, mainly after noon.

Patchy fog before 9 a.m. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 78.

Light and variable wind becoming north 17 to 22 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent.

A 30 percent chance of showers before midnight Wednesday night.

Mostly cloudy, with a low around 49. North wind 17 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph.

The flood warning continues for the Guadalupe River near Bloomington until Thursday afternoon or until the warning is cancelled.

At 8 p.m Tuesday the stage was 24.6 feet and moderate flooding is occurring.

Flood stage is 20 feet.

The river is currently cresting and will slowly fall to below flood stage by Thursday afternoon, according to the NWS forecast.
