Customer service is on frequent display during the annual Empty Bowls event every February on the Victoria College campus.

The last Lunch & Learn Series seminar in the fall series is moving to the Victoria College campus.

Victoria College and Huvar's Artisan Market remain partners in presenting this series designed for busy professionals. The last seminar in the fall series, "Customer Service," will be from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday in Room 101 of the Academic Building, 2200 E. Red River St.

The cost to attend the seminar is $9, which includes a lunch catered by Huvar's. Participants need to register by calling Workforce & Continuing Education at 361-582-2528 or by faxing a registration form to 361-582-2574.

Participants will learn how to know customers and their needs, how to evaluate those needs and what to do with that data. They will also learn how their customer service stacks up as well as how to build on even the sharpest of service policies. They will learn how to communicate, resolve complaints and foster winning traits in customer service.

The presenter is Ricky De La Garza, Victoria College Emergency Medical Services coordinator and instructor.
