Burglarized

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 2100 block of Kern Drive on Nov. 16. A purse and its contents valued at $61 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 1500 block of Virginia Avenue on Nov. 15. A Pioneer stereo valued at $75 was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 3200 block of East Airline Road on Tuesday. A CPE generator and other tools valued at $1,225 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 3200 block of East Airline Road on Tuesday. A Rockford Fosgate speaker and other electronics valued at $650 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 1300 block of Sam Houston Drive on Tuesday. A touch-screen CD/DVD player and other electronics valued at $2,800 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A home in the 500 block of Meyer Street on Thursday. A 65-inch flat-screen television, a 60-inch large flat-screen television, a Playstation 3, a small metal case, $10 in cash, an antique metal ring, two $2 bills and a speaker box with two 12-inch subwoofers all valued at $3,564 were reported missing.

Stolen

VICTORIA - Miscellaneous jewelry valued at $1,653.73 from a store in the 7800 block of North Navarro Street on Nov. 14. The items were later recovered.

VICTORIA - Twenty-four Blu-ray discs valued at $283 from a home in the 2500 block of East Mockingbird Lane on Nov. 14.

VICTORIA - A Remington rifle valued at $299 and a Redfield scope valued at $120 from a home in the 1000 block of Simpson Road on Nov. 13.

VICTORIA - An ice cooler and its contents valued at $1,400 from a parking lot in the 7600 block of North Navarro Street on Nov. 16.

VICTORIA - A Nissan Titan truck valued at $38,000 and $90 cash from a home in the 1400 block of East Stayton Avenue on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - Assorted clothing valued at $520.22 from a department store in the 8900 block of North Navarro Street on Sunday.

VICTORIA - A black iPhone 5 valued at $600 from a person in the 600 block of Fillmore Avenue on Nov. 16.

VICTORIA - Miscellaneous merchandise valued at $987.51 from a department store in the 8900 block of North Navarro Street on Nov. 15.

VICTORIA - A Chevrolet Silverado valued at $40,000 from a parking lot in the 800 block of South Delmar Drive on Nov. 16.

VICTORIA - Prescription drugs valued at $3,000 from a home in the 200 block of Yorkshire Lane on Sunday.

VICTORIA - $2,589.55 from a 61-year-old Victoria man in the 1300 block of Southwest Moody Street on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - A Galaxy phone valued at $500 from a department store in the 4100 block of Houston Highway on Wednesday.

Damaged

VICTORIA - Two air conditioner units valued at $12,000 from a commercial building in the 800 block of East Rio Grande Street on Sunday.

VICTORIA - The body of a Ford F150 valued at $2,000 at a parking lot in the 2900 block of East North Street on Nov. 16.

Sentenced

VICTORIA - Rodney Allen Neubauer, 40, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to fraudulently using or possessing less than five identifying information items. He was also sentenced to five years probation after he pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to forgery of a financial instrument.

VICTORIA - Maria Garcia Castellano, 46, of Victoria, to five years probation and 200 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to theft less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions.

VICTORIA - Leonardo Philip Cervantes, 25, of Victoria, to four years probation and 200 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to theft of property between $1,500 and $20,000.

VICTORIA - Alysha Danae Hernandez, 22, of Victoria, to five years probation and 120 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to burglary of a habitation.

VICTORIA - Kandice Nicole Green, 28, of Victoria, to three years probation and 120 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to credit card or debit card abuse.

VICTORIA - Gustavo Barro, 22, of Houston, to 10 months in the Victoria County jail after he pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to assault causing bodily injury.

VICTORIA - Austin Reyna Ramirez, 17, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to evading arrest detention with a vehicle.

VICTORIA - Hunter Reid Tipton, 19, of Victoria, to 10 years probation and 120 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to burglary of a habitation.

VICTORIA - Charles Otis McCarty III, 41, of San Marcos, to 13 months in state jail after his probation was revoked Nov. 13 in a November 2005 possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram case. He was also sentenced to 80 hours of community service after his sentence was amended Nov. 13 in a May 2006 tampering or fabricating physical evidence with the intent to impair case.

VICTORIA - Steven Trever Carothers, 31, of Wharton, to 10 years in prison after his probation was revoked Nov. 13 in an October 2006 burglary of a habitation case.

VICTORIA - Frederick Leroy Adams, 61, of Victoria, to four years in prison after his probation was revoked Nov. 13 in a November 2007 driving while intoxicated third offense or more case. He was also sentenced to 10 years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to driving while intoxicated third or more offense.

Indicted

VICTORIA - A grand jury returned indictments on these people Nov. 14:

Leslie Ramon Johnson, 44, of Victoria, on a charge of sex offender's duty to register life/annually. She is charged with not registering with Victoria law enforcement after living in the city for more than seven days because she was convicted of aggravated sexual assault Oct. 8. In another case, she was also indicted on a charge of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle April 14.
