Jerrad Orr earns Eagle Scout award

Jerrad Orr, of Troop 60 in Goliad, successfully passed his board of review for the rank of Eagle Scout. His Eagle Scout service project consisted of the design, construction, and installation of a 25-foot tilt-base flag pole with a 14-foot diameter star-shaped decorative rock bed at the base for the Goliad County Precinct 4 maintenance facility. Jerrad has served in various leadership positions and earned 40 merit badges in his Boy Scout career. He is the son of Scotty and Susan Orr, of Goliad. Jerrad is the grandson of Joyce Orr of Edmond, Okla. and the late Weldon Orr and Ray and Melba Leeper of Lake Jackson.
