I keep hearing about garcinia cambogia, and in fact, I have even seen an episode of Dr. Oz in which he talked about the benefits and how it can help with weight loss. Can you please explain exactly what it is and how it is beneficial to the body? I trust your answer more than I do the Internet.
Garcinia cambogia is a yellow fruit native to Asia, Australia, the tropical and southern regions of Africa, India and Polynesia that resembles a pumpkin, although it is much smaller.
