Do pro-choice activists understand abortion?
Editor, the Advocate:
Do not believe for a moment the women you see in the media holding signs saying uphold women's rights are truly fighting for women's rights. They are merely fighting for their own personal rights. They do not speak for all women.
And I also do not believe that signs stating "Christians do not believe in abortion" is correct either. Because many of those women that are pro-abortion are Christians. We cannot have it both ways.
The world has not changed so much. People have always been self-centered. It just seems to be so much more acceptable now. If we don't get what we want, we sue, we label our opponents with demeaning names, accuse others of discrimination and on and on.
I have never seen the procedures for ending an unborn child's life, and I don't want to. But I wish everyone who is pro-abortion would take a small part of time out of their life and watch a detailed video of what it looks like. It is so easy to sit on the sideline and say, "Yeah, I'm for abortion." I plead with you to take that small time out of your precious life to look at what is happening to end the life of a baby who will never have a chance to see the light of day or take a breath of fresh air.
