Dorena Buesing, 42, of Yorktown, dyed her hair pink Wednesday before undergoing reconstructive breast surgery Thursday at DeTar Hospital Navarro. "This is the start of a new beginning for me and a symbol of the end of my cancer," Buesing said. "God and my church family have helped me through this all. And I pray that this will be an inspiration to other women who are going through cancer that if they have the belief in the faith of God that he will carry them through."
