VICTORIA - A 60-year-old Victoria man was transported to Citizens Medical Center on Thursday when a vehicle backed into his vehicle in the 100 block of West Red River Street.

VICTORIA - A 33-year-old Victoria man was transported to Citizens Medical Center on Friday after being stuck by a vehicle while walking in the 2600 block of Airline Road.

Arrested

VICTORIA - A 46-year-old Victoria man by officers Thursday on suspicion of possession of a dangerous drug and a Class C misdemeanor.

VICTORIA - Tommy Marvin Johnson, 32, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with evading arrest or detention.

VICTORIA - A 29-year-old Victoria man by deputies Wednesday on suspicion of criminal trespass of a habitat, assault causing bodily injury, failure to identify a fugitive and intentionally giving false information.

VICTORIA - Francisco Javier Castro, 39, of Bloomington, by deputies Friday on a warrant charging him with burglary of a habitation with intended other felony.

VICTORIA - A 29-year-old Victoria man by officers Friday on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Sentenced

VICTORIA - Ismael Garcia Jr., 27, of Victoria, to four years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Friday to possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

VICTORIA - Paula Gabriell Walters, 21, of Bloomington, to four years probation and 80 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to tampering or fabricating physical evidence with the intent to impair.

VICTORIA - John Lee Adams, 25, of Victoria, to eight years in prison after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to aggravated robbery.

VICTORIA - Rodger Casas, 27, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to assault of family or household member by impeding their breath or circulation.

VICTORIA - Elizabeth Ramirez, 49, of Victoria, to two years probation after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to theft of property between $1,500 and $20,000.

VICTORIA - Anthony Cisneros, 42, of Victoria, to four years in prison after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to assault of a family or household member with a previous conviction.

VICTORIA - James Abe Davis, 21, of Bloomington, to five years probation and 120 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams. He also pleaded guilty to evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and was sentenced to five years probation.

VICTORIA - Felipe Ruiz, 32, of Houston, to two years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to fraudulently using or possessing less than five pieces of identifying information.

VICTORIA - Carlos Angel Padilla, 33, of Victoria, to 180 days in state jail after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to unauthorized use of a vehicle. He has a jail credit of 100 days.

VICTORIA - Robert Pierson Steele, 48, of Edna, to five years probation and 200 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age in the vehicle.

VICTORIA - Nicholas Marshall Strelow, 30, of Victoria, to five years probation after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with the intent to impair.

VICTORIA - Nicholas Ray Solis, 30, of Victoria, to five years probation and 180 days of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone.

VICTORIA - Courtney Rachelle Webster, 30, of Victoria, to two years probation after her probation was extended for a December 2005 credit card or debit card abuse case.

VICTORIA - Connie Ann Caesar, 28, of Victoria, to 18 months in state jail after her probation was revoked Tuesday in an August 2011 possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram case.

VICTORIA - Douglas Ray Wagner, 53, of Victoria, to four years probation after he pleaded no contest Wednesday to fraudulently using or possessing less than five pieces of identifying information.

VICTORIA - Omar G. Rosas, 28, of Victoria, to three years in prison after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to assault of a family or household member by impeding their breath or circulation. He was also sentenced to three years in prison after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to bail jumping and failure to appear felony. The sentences will run concurrently.

VICTORIA - Lucia Diaz Guerrero, 41, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty Wednesday to secure execution of document by deception between $1,500 and $20,000.

VICTORIA - Billy Bob Aguilar, 27, of Victoria, to 10 years probation and 100 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams.

VICTORIA - Troy David McIntosh Jr., 20, of Victoria, to one year probation after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to criminal mischief between $50 and $500.

VICTORIA - Allen Leon Ross Sr., 39, of Victoria, to 180 days in the Victoria County jail after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. He has 129 days of jail credit.

VICTORIA - Maclovia Perez Martinez, 29, of Victoria, to two years probation after she pleaded guilty Wednesday to injury of a child with intent to do bodily injury.

VICTORIA - Kristofer Ray Jones, 25, of Victoria, to two years probation after his sentence was amended Wednesday in a May 2008 credit card or debit card abuse case.

VICTORIA - Jeremy Ramirez, 28, of Victoria, to 18 months in state jail after his probation was revoked Wednesday in an April 2009 forgery of a forgery of a financial instrument case.

VICTORIA - Marvin Louis Marshall Jr., 39, of Victoria, to two years in state jail after his probation was revoked Wednesday in a March 2009 theft stolen property between $1,500 and $20,000 case. He was also sentenced to two years in state jail after his probation was revoked Wednesday in a February 2010 possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram case.

VICTORIA - Lucy Cunningham Lescuer, 55, of Victoria, to two years in state jail after her probation was revoked in a March 2010 theft stolen property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions case.
