Musicians come together to aid youth ranch
The musical marathon will also include artists David Ball, Austin Cunningham, Bobby Flores, Tim Rushlow, Jan Howard, Marilyn Sellars, Mundo Earwood, Brett Danaher, Danny Everitt, Frank Gilligan, Clifton Jansky, Billy Mata, Dale Phillips and Geronimo Trevino.

Two for the price of one is a good deal, but you can get a greater deal - 21 for the price of one - at the 32nd annual Bluebonnet Youth Ranch Showdown and Dance at Schroeder Hall on Monday
The musical marathon - which starts at 6:30 p.m. and lasts until midnight - includes Jack Ingram, Rick Trevino, Gary P. Nunn, Janie Fricke and Gary Morris.
"When we started calling, everybody said yes," said Allen Shamblin, a songwriter in his own right and host of this year's event. "I was thrilled with the reception. I am looking forward to a great show."
Also expected to perform for the 30th year at the event is George Chambers and the Country Gentlemen.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. A catered meal is also available for $8.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Advance tickets are available at Victoria Fastop and on the Schroeder Dance Hall website.
The dance is the culmination of two days of events that also include a golf tournament - featuring celebrity sports figures - and a dinner and auction.
Although the golf tournament at Victoria Country Club is full, tickets are available for the dinner and auction Sunday at the Spring Creek Place Events Center.
Tickets are $50 and can be purchased at the door.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for cocktails and a meet and greet with the participating celebrities.
Dinner catered by the Victoria Country Club will be served at 6 p.m., and the silent auction will also begin at this time. Celebrity introductions and live auction will follow at 7 p.m.
Following the live auction, several of the featured entertainers will perform in an intimate setting in the facility's pavilion.
