THUMBS-UP

Thumbs-up for the At Your Door component of our "yellow and green" recycling program. Thanks to the city of Victoria for making household recycling possible.

THUMBS-DOWN

Thumbs-down to the city of Victoria for having the Bootfest the first weekend in October while Gonzales had theirs, then Cuero the second weekend, followed by Yorktown on the third weekend. Victoria should have Bootfest the last weekend in October.

Michael, Victoria

Thumbs-down to the Victoria East High Football coaches who don't give the Victoria Advocate freshman football stats of the games that they have been winning and playing hard on the field.

Cordell, Victoria

Thumbs-down to OUR government when it plays politics at the expense of OUR country, rather than work together for the betterment of OUR country.

Charles, Victoria
