Sentenced

VICTORIA - Marco Antonio Navarro, 34, of Victoria, to 10 years in prison after his probation was revoked Wednesday in an October 2011 engaging in organized criminal activity case.

VICTORIA - Noel Gabriel Liguez Jr., 28, of Victoria, to four years in prison after his sentence was amended Wednesday in a December 2008 having a prohibited substance, such as alcohol, drugs, a phone or tobacco, in a correction facility case.

VICTORIA - Eric Matthew Jimenez, 22, of Victoria, to two years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams.

VICTORIA - Miguel Galvez-Rodriguez, 20, of Bloomington, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation Wednesday.

VICTORIA - Amy Lynn Jones, 29, of Conroe, to five years probation and 120 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty Wednesday to fraudulently using or possessing between 10 and 50 identifying items.

VICTORIA - Domingo Suarez Lopez, 39, of Victoria, to 180 days in state jail after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to attempting to take a weapon from an officer. He has 128 days of jail credit.

VICTORIA - Kristy Gail Cervantez, 34, of Victoria, to eight years in prison after she pleaded guilty Wednesday to manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams.

VICTORIA - Eugene Levar Johnson, 36, of Victoria, to six years in prison after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams.

VICTORIA - Antonio F. Sandoval Jr., 21, of Victoria, to five years probation after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to abandoning or endangering a child with imminent danger causing bodily injury.

VICTORIA - James Rodney Holt, 48, of Victoria, to five years in prison after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

VICTORIA - William Earnest Vawters III, 30, of Cuero, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Thursday to criminal mischief between $1,500 and $20,000.
