Jaeger-Smith

Amanda Jaeger and William "Joey" Smith Jr., both of Victoria, were married at 2:00 p.m. on October 19, 2013 at Magnolia Beach in Calhoun County. Brother Mike Swearingen of Victoria officiated the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Tracy Ransom (Randy) and David Jaeger (Delana), all of Victoria. She is the granddaughter of Jimmy and Rose Jaeger and O'Daniel and Jeanie Klimitchek.

The groom is the son of Patricia Garcia (Domingo) and Billy Smith. He is the grandson of Tommy and Patricia Bryars.

Kristen Gonzales, of Victoria, attended as maid of honor and Carly Stryk, of Victoria, as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Katie Ondrias, Whitley Cavazos, Nina Longoria, Melissa Gray, Jolie Tisdale, Mykaela and Mackenzie Jaeger, sisters of the bride, all of Victoria. Taylor and Reileigh Smith of Victoria, daughters of the groom, attended as flower girls.

Doug Barczak, of Houston, served as best man. Groomsmen were Jeff Smith of Houston, brother of the groom, Josh Riley of Houston, Brett Glaze of Houston, Shawn Cobb of Victoria, Tyler Oehlke, of Victoria, and Richard Rother, of Victoria. Bristol Smith of Victoria, son of the bride and groom, served as ring bearer.

A reception was held following the ceremony at Club Westerner.

The bride is a 2007 graduate of Memorial High School and is employed by Carpenter Dental Lab.

The groom is employed by Compressor Systems Inc. as a field compressor mechanic.

The couple enjoys outdoor activities, hunting, fishing, sports, and especially family time with their three wonderful children.
