Victoria's third annual Bootfest brings a couple of changes to the table, said LaRue Roth, director of the Victoria Convention and Visitors Bureau.

A second park and ride shuttle location also joins the mix.
Festival-goers can access the free service at either the Dr. Pattie Dodson Public Health Center parking lot, 2805 N. Navarro St., or Riverside Park's Riverside Stadium, 405 Memorial Drive.
Shuttle service runs from 4:30 p.m. to midnight Oct. 4 and from 9:45 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Oct. 5.
