Thank you to manager who helped woman
Editor, the Advocate:
A few weeks ago, I had been to PetSmart, and when getting into my car, my cellphone dropped between the seats of my car. I was in and out of my car several times going from the front seat to the back seat trying to retrieve it, and in that process, I lost a very special gold bracelet. Several hours later, I discovered that it was missing and called PetSmart to ask if anyone had turned it in. I spoke with Kristy R., store manager, explained where I had parked and what had happened out in the parking lot. She asked me to hold for a few minutes, and when she came back on the line, she asked me to describe the bracelet. She had gone out to the parking lot and found my bracelet laying right where I had told her I had parked. How many people would go out and look for your bracelet? Not many.
Thank you - two simple words that cannot express what you really want to say. Kristy R., thank you for caring enough to go above and beyond to find my bracelet. PetSmart, I hope you recognize what a great asset you have in this young woman.
