What happens to those with special needs?

As proud grandparents of children with ADHD, autism, ADD and other diseases, I would like to know what will happen to those children when it is time to go out into the world and try to get a job.
We know it is hard to find jobs, but people have to wake up for these kind of children, too.
In God's eyes, we are all created equal, but that is not always so in people's eyes.
A lot of those children could do some kind of work if people have patience and understanding. Once a child has employment and gets laid off a job, too often, they get very discouraged and depressed. People should wake up and think about these things, too.
