DeWitt County

CUERO - Robert Garza, 32, of Yoakum, by Yoakum police Tuesday on a warrant charging him with violation of parole.

CUERO - Cappri Friedrich, 26, of Shiner, by Cuero police Tuesday on two charges of possession of a controlled substance.

CUERO - Christopher Johnson, 28, of Houston, by a sheriff's deputy Tuesday on charges of public intoxication, driving while intoxicated with a child passenger and possession of a controlled substance.

CUERO - Cortlyn Hughes, 20, of Bryan, by a sheriff's deputy Tuesday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation on a possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility and possession of drug paraphernalia.

CUERO - Jessica DeLosSantos, 23, of Cuero, by a sheriff's deputy Wednesday on a Nueces County warrant charging her with failure to identify or giving false or fictitious information.

CUERO - Ruben Garibay, 43, of Cuero, by Cuero police Wednesday on a charge of possession of marijuana.

CUERO - Broc Crochet, 30, of Cuero, by Cuero police Wednesday on a charge of theft of property less than $1,500 with two previous convictions.

CUERO - Carl Pineda Jr., 18, of Yoakum, by Yoakum police Thursday on a charge of assault/family violence.

Assaulted

VICTORIA - A 28-year-old Victoria woman with a deadly weapon at a home in the 1300 block of East Power Avenue on Thursday.

VICTORIA - A 22-year-old Victoria woman with bodily injury at a hotel in the 3900 block of Houston Highway on Thursday.

Burglarized

VICTORIA - A home in the 1700 block of Azalea Street on Wednesday. Prescription drugs valued at $8.55 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A home in the 3200 block of East Airline Road on Friday. A 55-inch flat-screen television valued at $930 was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 2000 block of East Mockingbird Lane on Tuesday. A purse valued at $20 was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 3900 block of Houston Highway on Wednesday. Tools valued at $400 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 1000 block of North Wheeler Street on Wednesday. Prescription drugs valued at $2 and $1,000 in cash were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 400 block of East Rio Grande Street on Wednesday. Nothing was reported missing.

Stolen

VICTORIA - A beverage bill of $199.25 was unpaid at 2 Step Night Club in the 4100 block of Houston Highway on April 5.

VICTORIA - Tools valued at $2,384 from Union Pacific Corp. in the 7100 block of North Navarro Street on Tuesday.

VICTORIA - A Wells Fargo Bank in the 1500 block of East Mockingbird Lane was defrauded in a loan scam in the amount of $15,000.

VICTORIA - Copper wire valued at $60 from Seals Electric in the 1200 block of Levi Street on Tuesday.

Damaged

VICTORIA - An electric Petsafe fence at a home in the 2700 block of Meadowlark Street on Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $20.

VICTORIA - The window of a sport utility vehicle at a parking lot in the 700 block of Salem Road on Tuesday. Damage was estimated at $150.

VICTORIA - Illegal dumping between 5 and 500 pounds was reported at 2 Step Night Club in the 4100 block of Houston Highway on Thursday.

VICTORIA - The back window on a 2009 GMC Yukon in the 100 block of Fieldstone Road on Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $300.

Indicted

Editor's note: An indictment is not an indication of guilt. It is a finding by a grand jury that enough evidence exists to warrant a trial.

VICTORIA - A Victoria grand jury recently indicted the following people:

Luke Andrew Bridges, 18; David Anthony Delacruz, 19; Xeshan Jerymia Delagarza, 18; all of Victoria, on two counts of burglary of a habitation in separate indictments. They are each charged with stealing a Wii game system, two computers, a Samsung computer, a box of collectible items, a rifle, knives, whiskey, cigars, a digital camera and an iPod from two homes Sept. 24.

Shaun Michael Milam, 23, of Victoria, on a charge of assault bodily injury of a family or household member with two or more convictions within 12 months and two counts of burglary of a habitation. He is charged with grabbing the hair of a woman he was dating as well as pushing her against a wall and punching her Aug. 14. He is also charged with entering the same woman's home Dec. 26 to attempt to assault her and another person.

Ricco Omar Arce, 22; Paul Anthony Garcia Jr., 20; and Rodney Garcia Jr., 18; all of Victoria, on a charge of burglary of a habitation in separate indictments. They are each charged with stealing a television, an Xbox 360 video game system, watches, a ring, a bracelet, earrings, an iPad 2, cash and firearms from a man's house Jan. 30.
