Indicted

VICTORIA - A Victoria grand jury recently indicted the following people:

Michael Sean Jalufka, 28, of Victoria, on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is charged with knowingly threatening a woman with imminent bodily injury by ramming an automobile into her and another man's automobiles Jan. 19.

Homer Madrigal, 20, and Jesse Pena, 21, both of Victoria, on a charge of burglary of a habitation in separate indictments. They are each charged with entering a woman's home without consent to steal Oct. 10, 2013.

Markus McKain Pick, 23, of Cuero, on a charge of burglary of a habitation. He is charged with stealing a firearm from a man's house Sept. 3, 2013.

Robert James Brooks Jr., 39, of Victoria, on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, less than 1 gram Jan. 23 and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone Feb. 6.

Javetta Ornece Lott, 29, of Victoria, on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, less than 1 gram and three counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone Oct. 9, Dec. 11 and Feb. 6. She is also charged with possessing with the intent to deliver less than 1 gram of cocaine Jan. 23.

Terri Deneice Wallace, 49, of Victoria, on charges of evading arrest detention with a vehicle Feb. 6 and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone Feb. 6.

Walter Ray Parson, 54, of Victoria, on a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with the intent to impair. He is charged with destroying cocaine to impair an investigation Dec. 29.

Abel Gerardo Cerda-Contreras, 29, of Mission, on a charge of possession of marijuana between 50 and 2,000 pounds Dec. 16.

Edward Olachia, 22, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance between 28 and 200 grams. He is charged with possessing between 28 grams and 200 grams of a material, compound, mixture or preparation that contained codeine about 1.8 grams Dec. 6.

Dustin Daniel Valenzuela, 20, of Telferner, on a charge of burglary of a building. He is charged with being in a portion of Telferner Grocery, 105 Farm-to-Market Road 1686, that was not open to the public Aug. 18.

Wade Austin Kloesel, 25, of Victoria, on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle Jan. 17.

Priscilla Dee Garza, 36, of Victoria, on a charge of forgery of a government instrument, money or securities. She is charged with possessing forged U.S. currency Jan. 10.

Brandy Nichole Posas, 28, of Victoria, on charges of forgery of a government instrument, money or securities and having a prohibited substance in a correctional facility. She is charged with possessing forged U.S. currency and with possessing cocaine in the Victoria County Jail on Jan. 10.

Antonio Dejesus Aguirre, 24, of Bloomington, on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, about or more than 1 gram in a drug-free zone July 17.

Rudolph Mendoza Luna, 59, of Victoria, on a charge of driving while intoxicated third or more offense Jan. 2. Luna was convicted in Victoria County in August 2001 on two separate DWI charges stemming from May 2, 2001, and July 1, 2001, arrests.

Jean Nicole Hernandez, 26, of Victoria, on two counts of theft less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions. She is charged with stealing perfume and cologne valued at less than $1,500 from Perfumania, 7800 N. Navarro St., and shirts valued at less than $1,500 from Dillard's, 7800 N. Navarro Street, on July 15.

Desrick Leshaud Johnson, 25, of Victoria, on a charge of credit card or debit card abuse. He is charged with using a woman's Bank of America Visa card Sept. 30.

Manuel Anthony Lira, 39, of Victoria, on charges of forgery of a financial instrument and theft less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions. He is charged with writing a fraudulent $268 check Sept. 18 and stealing a fishing reel valued at $1,500 from a man Sept. 26.

Shrone M. Vaughns-Johnson, 35, of Victoria, on a charge of theft between $1,500 and $20,000. He is charged with stealing a laptop computer valued between $1,500 and $20,000 on Nov. 27, 2012.

Michael Garza, 35, of Victoria, on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, between 4 and 200 grams Jan. 8.
