Arrested

• VICTORIA - Cody Ryan Barnett, 27, of Victoria, by officers Thursday on suspicion of tampering or fabricating evidence with the intent to impair, a Class C misdemeanor, and on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a possession of a controlled substance case.

• VICTORIA - A 56-year-old Victoria man by officers Thursday on suspicion of theft of property, with a previous conviction.

• VICTORIA - An 85-year-old Victoria man by officers Thursday on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• VICTORIA - Anthony Michael McMurtrey, 28, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon case.

VICTORIA - Johnny Joe Mendoza, 50, of Victoria, by officers Thursday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a driving while intoxicated with three or more previous convictions case and on suspicion of a Class C misdemeanor.

• VICTORIA - Secario Rivera Munoz, 44, of Port Lavaca, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a driving while intoxicated with three or more previous convictions case.

• VICTORIA - Jerry Lee Quinonez, 33, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a warrant charging him with a Class C misdemeanor and a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a theft of property case.

VICTORIA - A 24-year-old Victoria woman by officers Thursday on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• VICTORIA - A 44-year-old Victoria man by deputies Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

VICTORIA - James Ryan Hopping, 31, of Victoria, by deputies Friday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a possession of a controlled substance case.

VICTORIA - A 32-year-old Victoria man by deputies Friday on suspicion of public intoxication.
