VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 4100 block of Halsey Street on Aug. 21. Cash totaling $4 was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 2000 block of Louis Street on Aug. 22. A tan purse and contents valued at $100 were reported missing.

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 600 block of East Convent Street on Saturday. Nothing was reported missing.

VICTORIA - A home with intended other felony in the 2100 block of East Brazos Street on Sunday. Cash totaling $750 was reported missing.

Stolen

VICTORIA - Deductions from a debit card totaling $1,985.73 were made without consent. The incident was reported Saturday in the 800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

VICTORIA - Merchandise, valued at $35.94, from the Wal-Mart discount store in the 9000 block of North Navarro Street on Saturday.

VICTORIA - A maroon 1995 Ford F-150 and a chrome toolbox, valued at $6,200, from a hotel parking lot in the 3800 block of Houston Highway on Aug. 21.

Damaged

VICTORIA - The front and rear doors of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice government building in the 2000 block of Commerce Street on Aug. 22. Damage was estimated at $600.

VICTORIA - The exterior paint of a Toyota Tundra in the 200 block of Kensington Drive on Aug. 22. Damage was estimated at $1,000.

VICTORIA - A window pane at the Super Stop convenience store in the 2000 block of North Ben Wilson Street on Aug. 22. Damage was estimated at $400.

VICTORIA - The front door of a home in the 1900 block of North Jecker Street on Aug. 22. Damage was estimated at $200.

VICTORIA - The north east office entrance window and a room's window pane at Stroman Middle School in the 3000 block of East North Street on Saturday. Damage was estimated at $400.

VICTORIA - Three vehicle windows were shattered in the 2900 block of Oaklawn Street on Monday. Damage was estimated at $200.

VICTORIA - The windshield and a window of a truck in the 2300 block of Lova Drive on Monday. Damage was estimated at $600.

VICTORIA - A window at Gonik Uri and Associates commercial office in the 2000 block of Patterson Drive on Monday. Damage was estimated at $800.

VICTORIA - The driver's side window of a truck in the 200 block of Shiloh Drive on Tuesday. Damage was estimated at $400.

VICTORIA -The paint job of a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro in the 3800 block of North Navarro Street on Monday. Damaged was valued at $300.

Indicted

Editor's Note: An indictment is not an indication of guilt. It is a finding by a grand jury that enough evidence exists to warrant a trial.

VICTORIA - A Victoria County grand jury returned indictments on the following people on Aug. 21:

Dalton Gene Kellis, 39, of Victoria, on charges of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. He is charged with fleeing in a vehicle from a peace officer who was trying to arrest him and possessing a firearm before the fifth anniversary of his release from prison for unlawful possession of a controlled substance on April 3. In a separate indictment, Kellis was charged with evading arrest or detention with a vehicle. He is charged with fleeing from a peace officer in a vehicle on June 28.

Deborah Ruth Lee, 53, of Victoria, on a charge of driving while intoxicated third or more offense. She is charged with driving while intoxicated on Aug. 31. She was convicted of driving while intoxicated in Florida in 1992, in Oklahoma in 1995, in Tarrant County in 1997 and in Montgomery County in 1998.

Ernest Michael Kitchens, 35, of Victoria, on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams, cocaine, and on evading arrest detention with a vehicle on March 19.

Taylor Wayne Prenzler, 19, of Victoria, on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance greater than or about 28 grams in a drug-free zone. He is charged with possessing with the intent to deliver a material, compound, mixture or preparation between 28 and 200 grams that contained a quantity of Xanax within 1,000 feet of a daycare center on June 3. In a separate indictment, Prenzler is charged with manufacturing or delivery a controlled substance greater than or about 1 grams in a drug-free zone. He is charged with possessing with the intent to deliver between 1 and 4 grams of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a daycare on May 21.

Jermaine Eugene Taylor, 27, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone. He is charged with possessing less than 1 gram of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school in the 3000 block of East North Street, on June 2.

John Michael Davis, 30, of Cuero, on a charge of theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions. He is charged with stealing headphones, valued at less than $1,500, from Wal-Mart, 4101 Houston Highway, on May 31.

Angelica Maria Jaquez, 25, of Victoria, on a charge of theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions. She is charged with stealing makeup, a T-shirt and fingernails from Wal-Mart, 4101 Houston Highway, on May 31.

Michael Ray Gonzales, 30, of Victoria, on three counts of burglary of a habitation. He is charged with burglarizing a home on Jan. 2, 2013, Sept. 9, and Sept. 23. He is charged with stealing from the homes a necklace, a watch, a ring, a firearm, coins and cash.

Lance Elliot Joseph, 51, of Victoria, on two counts of burglary of a habitation. He is charged with burglarizing two homes on June 6. He is charged with attempting to steal a generator, two drills, a jigsaw, an air compressor, a vacuum, a circular saw and a flashlight from the homes. He was arrested on Tuesday.

Jason Cardwell Shafer, 43, of Victoria, on two counts of burglary of a habitation. He is charged with burglarizing two homes on June 6. He is charged with attempting to steal a generator, two drills, a jigsaw, an air compressor, a vacuum, a circular saw, and a flashlight from the homes.

William Bradley Beck, 42, of Gregory, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, methamphetamine, on April 22.

Robert Anthony Sanders, 31, of Telferner, on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault of a family or household member by impeding their breath or circulation. He is charged with applying pressure to the throat or neck of a woman he was dating and pointing a gun at her on July 9. In a separate indictment, Sanders is charged with theft between $1,500 and $20,000. He is charged with stealing tree climbing equipment, a hedge trimmer, a chainsaw and a pole saw valued between $1,500 and $20,000 from Hill's Lawn and tree Service, 521 Hill Road, on July 18.

Robert Jason Foreman, 36, of Victoria, on a charge of assault of a family or household member with a previous conviction on May 26.

Sarah Independence Dziuzynski, 35, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams, methamphetamine, on June 4.

Terry Bruce Bagwell, 44, of Buna, on a charge of driving while intoxicated third or more offense. He is charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 22. He was convicted of driving while intoxicated in Hardin County in 1997 and in 2004.

Sentenced

VICTORIA - Christine Gerald Ryman, 25, of Victoria, to four years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Aug. 20 to manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance less than 28 grams.
