The chamber presents "Staying Alive" with speaker Ricky De La Garza, the emergency medical service coordinator and instructor for Victoria College's Workforce and Continuing Education Department.
"He's going to talk about life-saving techniques that will be helpful for chamber members if an emergency arises," said Randy Vivian, president and CEO of the Victoria Chamber of Commerce.
The Staying Alive theme for the luncheon will include the '70s classic "Staying Alive" and how people can stay alive, he said.
Deadline for reservations is Monday.
