Rain, warmer temperatures expected
Don't forget your umbrella Friday when you head out to work.
Friday has a 50 percent chance of rain, said Tawnya Evans, a meteorologist with the National Weather Services.
But it is not expected to be freezing rain because the anticipated high will be in the lower 40s during the day. The low is expected to be in the upper 30s at night, she said.
Over the weekend, the temperature is expected to warm to the mid-60s during the day and cool off to the mid-40s at night.
Despite the warmer weather, Saturday is expected to be mostly cloudy and Sunday is expected to be partly cloudy in the morning with an increase of clouds by mid-afternoon, Evans said.
