Two-vehicle accident sends one to hospital (w/video)

Failure to make a complete stop at a stop sign sent one driver to Citizens Medical Center about 5:30 p.m. Saturday, said Victoria Police Officer Phillip Garcia. Garcia said the injuries were not life-threatening. A Toyota Camry driven by Lorese Goode, 78, of Victoria, was eastbound on Lone Tree Road when it hit a Honda Accord driven by Desiree Perez, 18, of Victoria, traveling north on Lova Drive. A citation was not issued.
