Temperatures in the Crossroads are expected to drop steadily throughout the day reaching the mid-30s by the night, said a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Corpus Christi.
The temperatures are not expected to reach freezing, she said. There is 90 percent chance of rain this morning, which will taper off into the night. Winds should stay out of the north throughout the day, she said.
Morning gusts will reach up to 30 mph, but the wind will die down to 10 to 15 mph tonight, she said. It will warm up a bit Thursday, with a high of 57, she said.
