Free delivery unwanted, litters neighborhood
Editor, the Advocate:
I would like to tell you about the free papers the Advocate gives out. It is really just littering. Most people do not want it and are too lazy to pick it up. The person delivering the paper does not care. They've got to see the paper they left the last time is still laying there.
You can drive all over town and see these papers. My husband goes around picking them up after a week or so in our neighborhood. I called the Advocate once, and a lady took my name and address and said you all would stop delivering on our street, but what about the rest of the town?
You drive around and look. It is not pretty.
