VICTORIA - A toolbox and assorted tools valued at $400 from a home in the 200 block of Marvelle Street on Jan. 16.

VICTORIA - A GPS unit valued at $78 from a store in the 4100 block of Houston Highway on Tuesday.

VICTORIA - A car jack, circular saw and air conditioner window unit valued at $389 from a home in the 2900 block of Lynmore Drive on Monday.

VICTORIA - A Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun, magazine, case and a Sony PlayStation 4 valued at $1,250 from a home in the 900 block of Alcoa Avenue on Monday.

VICTORIA - A pleather wallet and contents valued at $45 from a commercial office in the 4300 block of North Ben Jordan Street on Thursday.

VICTORIA - A yellow gold and diamond Rolex watch valued at $8,640 from a home in the 5600 block of North John Stockbauer Drive on Thursday.

Damaged

VICTORIA - Two tires on a Chevrolet Impala in the 100 block of Willowick Drive on Sunday. Damage was estimated at $70.

VICTORIA - A privacy fence of a home in the 1900 block of Lawndale Avenue on Jan. 16. Damage was estimated at $200.

VICTORIA - The front windshield and passenger side mirror of a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado in the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on Jan. 18. Damage was estimated at $675.

VICTORIA - A side garage window and a double-pane window of a home in the 200 block of Kelly Crick Road on Jan. 17. Damage was estimated at $300.

VICTORIA - The left rear window of a 2011 Ford Escape parked at a specialty store in the 1300 block of Sam Houston Drive on Tuesday. Damage was estimated at $580.

VICTORIA - The driver and passenger windows of a 1999 white Dodge Ram at a parking lot in the 5600 block of North John Stockbauer Drive on Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $400.

VICTORIA - A double-pane glass window of a home in the 5200 block of North John Stockbauer Drive on Thursday. Damage was estimated at $600.

VICTORIA - The left rear window of a 2001 white GMC Suburban at a home in the 100 block of Montezuma Drive on Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $400.

VICTORIA - An apartment window and a 2011 silver Dodge Avenger at a home in the 100 block of Deerwood Drive on Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $600.

VICTORIA - A barbed wire fence around property in the 4700 block of Guy Grant Road on Tuesday. Damage was estimated at $200.

Sentenced

VICTORIA - Nicole Castillo, 33, of Port Lavaca, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to forgery of a financial instrument.

VICTORIA - Aaron Andrew Amejorado, 28, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram in a drug-free zone.

VICTORIA - John Edward Castillo, 25, of Port Lavaca, to five years probation and 200 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

VICTORIA - Denver Hardin, 34, of Victoria, to eight years in prison after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to sex offender's duty to register annually for life.

VICTORIA - Michael Shane Bashaw, 36, of Orlando, Fla., to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

VICTORIA - Janell Leigh Contreras, 34, of Victoria, to four years probation and 250 hours of community service after her sentence was amended in an August 2009 possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram case.

VICTORIA - Heather Cassidy, 37, of Corpus Christi, to two years in prison after her sentence was amended Tuesday in an April 2007 aggravated assault of a date, family or household member with a weapon case.

VICTORIA - Lion Antonio Jaramillo, 19, of Victoria, to five years probation after his sentence was amended Tuesday in an October 2012 prohibited substance in a correctional facility, such as alcohol, drugs, a phone or tobacco case.
