Victoria College receives 'You Make a Difference' award from VISD

Victoria College was recently recognized by the Victoria school board with a "You Make a Difference Award."

VC was honored for being a partner in the education of VISD students for generations.

Through the years, the college has provided excellent post-secondary opportunities for VISD graduates, said VISD Communications Director Diane Boyett.

"Partnerships and collaboration between Victoria College and Victoria ISD have been blossoming in a number of different areas lately, and the Victoria ISD board wanted to publicly show their appreciation with this award," said Tom Butler, VC president. "We are very pleased that VISD values our partnership, and even more pleased with all that we are able to accomplish by working together."
