Wrecked

VICTORIA - A 29-year-old Victoria woman was taken to Citizens Medical Center on Friday after having a seizure and crashing into another vehicle in the 1300 block of North Laurent Street.

VICTORIA - A 25-year-old Victoria woman was taken to Citizens Medical Center on Friday after the vehicle she was traveling and was struck by a motorist who ran a red light in the 9000 block of North Navarro Street.

Arrested

VICTORIA - Robert Lee Delgado, 23, of Victoria, by officers Wednesday on a warrant charging him with a Class C misdemeanor and on suspicion of possession of marijuana in a drug-free zone.

VICTORIA - Daniel Rodriguez Garcia, 27, of Victoria, by officers Wednesday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a aggravated assault with a deadly weapon case.

VICTORIA - Deundra Lamar Henderson, 25, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on warrants charging her with two counts of assault causing bodily injury.

VICTORIA - Enedina Elias Mata, 34, of Victoria, by officers Tuesday on a warrant charging her with theft of property between $20 and $500 by check.

VICTORIA - Sabina Vasquez Mata, 46, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging her with credit card abuse and a Jackson County warrant charging her with violation of probation in a theft of property between $50 and $500 case.

VICTORIA - Robert Nunez Jr., 37, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with sex offenders duty to register and on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a aggravated sexual assault case.

VICTORIA - Irma Gutierrez Ochoa, 41, of Victoria, by officers Wednesday on a warrant charging her with violation of probation in a theft of property between $50 and $500 case.

VICTORIA - Jennifer Slayton, 40, of Victoria, by U.S. Marshals on Wednesday on a McLennan County warrant charging her with criminal nonsupport and a warrant charging her with violation of probation in a theft of property between $1,500 and $20,000 case.

VICTORIA - An 18-year-old Victoria woman by officers Tuesday on suspicion of theft of property between $50 and $500.

VICTORIA - Brian Alvarado Smith, 25, of Victoria, by officers Wednesday on a warrant charging him with a Class C misdemeanor and on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and a Class C misdemeanor.

VICTORIA - A credit or debit card was fraudulently used to obtain $1,100 in cash. The incident was reported at a home in the 1000 block of South Main Street on Monday.

VICTORIA - Two brick walls and a fence gate at a community center in the 4400 block of Lilac Lane on Friday. Damage was estimated at $5,000.

VICTORIA - Sinks in the men's and women's restrooms at a park in the 200 block of Memorial Drive on Thursday. Damage was estimated at $200.

VICTORIA - The front left quarter panel of a Pontiac G6 in the 800 block of Loma Vista Avenue on Friday. Damage was estimated at $200.

VICTORIA - A bedroom and bathroom window at a home in the 900 block of East Trinity Street on Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $250.

VICTORIA - The fender and bumper of a GMC 1500 at a home in the 4800 block of Evergreen Lane on Friday. Damage was estimated at $1,000.

VICTORIA - A car door and hood in the 3500 block of Allendale Street on Friday. Damage was estimated at $1,500.

VICTORIA - The back windshield of a Volkswagen Beetle parked in the 7800 block of North Navarro Street on Saturday. Damage was estimated at $300.

VICTORIA - Walls, an air conditioning unit and a telephone at a home in the 1800 block of North Wheeler Street on Tuesday. Damage estimated at $960.

VICTORIA - Car tires were slashed in the 300 block of Westwood Drive on Monday. Damage was estimated at $82.

Sentenced

VICTORIA - Bobby Lee Hannon Jr., 44, of Victoria, to three years probation and 40 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of a controlled substance less than 1 grams.

VICTORIA - Chelsea Dawn Stearns-Fraser, 20, of Victoria, to eight years probation and 200 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty to manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams.

VICTORIA - Melvin Ray Williams, 54, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

VICTORIA - Christina Marie Flores, 30, of Victoria, to 180 days in state jail after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to fraudulently using or possessing less than five items of identifying information.

VICTORIA - Mandy Renee Allen, 18, of Victoria, to two years probation and 40 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to tampering or fabricating physical evidence with the intent to impair.

VICTORIA - Monte D. Garnette, 44, of Victoria, to five years probation after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to unauthorized use of a vehicle.

VICTORIA - William Cassidy Meyers, 24, of Goliad, to five years probation and 120 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

VICTORIA - Sedric Walker, 25, of Victoria, to five years probation after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to having a prohibited substance or item in a correctional facility.

VICTORIA - Roy Salinas, 55, of Corpus Christi, to five years probation after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to an accident involving injury. He was also ordered to pay more than $4,000 in restitution.

VICTORIA - Maria Garcia Castellano, 47, of Victoria, to 14 months in state jail after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions. She was also sentenced to 14 months in state jail after her probation was revoked Tuesday in a March 2013 theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions case.

VICTORIA - Liborio Ramos Moya, 62, of Victoria, to seven years in prison after he pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, third offense or more.

VICTORIA - Reynaldo D. Hinojosa, 60, of Victoria, continued on seven years probation and 300 hours of community service after his sentence was amended Tuesday in a March 2010 driving while intoxicated, third offense or more case. He was also sanctioned to 10 days in the Victoria County Jail.

VICTORIA - Thomas Sedillo Cano III, of Victoria, continued on probation and sanctioned to a treatment facility after his sentence was amended Tuesday in a May 2011 burglary of a habitation case.

VICTORIA - Arron Sparks, 26, of Victoria, to one year in state jail after his probation was revoked Tuesday in an October 2010 possession of a controlled substance case less than 1 gram case.

VICTORIA - Brandy Nichole Posas, 28, of Victoria, continued on 10 years of probation and 200 hours of community service. She was also sanctioned to 10 days in the Victoria County Jail after she was continued on probation Tuesday in a January forgery of a government instrument, money or securities case.
