IBC Bank-Port Lavaca and its employees have contributed $2,934 to United Way.
The investment throughout the bank's footprint helps create and foster sustainable changes that lead to more positive places for customers to live and work.
Member agencies such as the Calhoun County Senior Citizens Association, Calhoun County Ministerial Alliance, The Harbor Children's Alliance and Victims Center and Boys and Girls Club utilize donations to provide essential services like meals, counseling, safe recreational activities and shelter to those who need it the most.
"IBC Bank's commitment to the community is tangibly demonstrated through our continued monetary donations and volunteer support to United Way," IBC Bank President and CEO Derek Schmidt said. "We strongly support United Way's efforts and actively participate in their various initiatives across our communities to empower individuals and families as they strive to improve their lives."
IBC Bank-Port Lavaca has been serving the area since 1994 and has a retail branch network of three locations. Visit us on our YouTube channel, IBCBankWeDoMore. More information is available at ibc.com.
