Wrecked

VICTORIA - Three people were taken to DeTar Hospital Navarro on Tuesday after the vehicle they were in collided in the 100 block of East North Street. Tyrone Douglass Hodge Jr., 18, of Victoria, failed to control speed while driving a 2002 blue Acura TI and struck the other vehicle, which was stopped at a stop sign. No citations were issued.

Arrested

VICTORIA - David Ray Ivey, 52, of Smiley, by deputies Wednesday on a Jackson County warrant charging him with violation of probation in a unlawful use of a criminal instrument case.

VICTORIA - Breanna Jane Rodriguez, 24, of Bloomington, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging her with violation of probation in a possession of a controlled substance case.

VICTORIA - Margaret Stearns, 49, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging her with theft of property between $20 and $500 by check.

VICTORIA - Stephanie Breanne Vaughn, 30, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging her with violation of probation in a possession of a controlled substance case.

Stolen

VICTORIA - Charges totaling $94.18 to a credit card were made fraudulently. The charges were reported by a 33-year-old Victoria woman in the 1500 block of Mimosa Avenue on Tuesday.

VICTORIA - A counterfeit $20 bill was passed at a Stripes convenience store in the 1300 block of East Rio Grande Street on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - A counterfeit $20 bill was passed at a Church's Fried Chicken in the 200 block of West Rio Grande Street on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - A pink baby stroller and woman's T-shirt valued at $19.88 from a Wal-Mart in the 9000 block of North Navarro Street on Monday.

VICTORIA - Food valued at $36.07 from China B Super Buffet in the 3600 block of North Navarro Street on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - A cellphone valued at $260 from a 27-year-old woman at a grocery store in the 1500 block of East Rio Grande Street on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - A necklace, bracelet and gold ring valued at $350 from a home in the 1800 block of Rosemary Drive on Tuesday.

Damaged

VICTORIA - A gaming system at the Lady Luck game room in the 1200 block of Southwest Moody Street on Sunday. Damage was estimated at $1,500.

VICTORIA - A vehicle and a garage door to a home in the 700 block of Westwood Drive on Sunday. Damage was estimated at $2,200.

VICTORIA - A bedroom windowpane of a home in the 2100 block of North Ben Jordan Street on Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $100.

VICTORIA - The back window, side mirror and body of a Ford F-150 in the 1100 block of Ash Street on Wednesday. Damages were estimated at $1,000.

VICTORIA - The window of a Ford Fiesta at a parking lot in the 5600 block of North John Stockbauer Drive on Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $200.

Indicted

Victoria County

VICTORIA - A grand jury returned indictments on the following people on June 13:

Nikki Breann Delagarza, 25, of Victoria, on a charge of having a prohibited substance, marijuana, in a correctional facility, the Victoria County Jail, on March 6.

James Tyler May, 22, of Victoria, on a charge of evading arrest, detention with a vehicle Jan. 31.
