Arrested

• VICTORIA - Juan Ojeda Alegria, 44, of Victoria, by officers Thursday on warrants charging him with Class C misdemeanors and on suspicion of possession of marijuana in a drug-free zone.

• VICTORIA - Alma Andrade, 37, of San Juan, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging her with violation of probation in a possession of marijuana case.

• VICTORIA - Kenneth James Cole, 44, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a Midland County warrant charging him with indecency with a child sexual contact.

• VICTORIA - Paul Victor Drozd II, 22, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in an online solicitation of a minor case.

• VICTORIA - Kristan Taylor Garza, 21, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging her with violation of probation in a criminal mischief case.

• VICTORIA - A 43-year-old Victoria man by officers Thursday on suspicion of possession of marijuana in a drug-free zone.

• VICTORIA - Felipe Marc Sanchez, 23, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with burglary of a vehicle.

• VICTORIA - Margaret Stearns, 49, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging her with violation of probation in a theft of property between $1,500 and $20,000 case.

• VICTORIA - William Bryan Thaxton III, 24, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a possession of a controlled substance case.

• VICTORIA - Brandon Lee Trevino, 20, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a burglary of a habitation case.

• VICTORIA - Michael Ludale Williams Jr., 21, of Victoria, by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with violation of probation in a racing on a highway causing serious bodily injury case.

VICTORIA - Mackenzie Danielle Garcia, 34, of Alvin, by officers Thursday on a Brazoria County warrant charging her with driving while intoxicated and on suspicion of driving while intoxicated with three or more previous convictions in Victoria County.• VICTORIA - Tracy Lavery, 38, of Goliad, by troopers Friday on a DeWitt County warrant charging her with theft of property between $500 and $1,500 and on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance in Victoria County.

• VICTORIA - Christopher Shields, 19, of Victoria, by officers Friday on a warrant charging him with criminal trespass.

Burglarized

VICTORIA - A vehicle in the 9400 block of Northeast Zac Lentz Parkway Frontage Road West on Monday. A gym bag, headphones and exercise equipment valued at $125 were reported missing.

Stolen

• VICTORIA - A fake $20 bill was used at a Stripes in the 300 block of North Navarro Street on Wednesday.

Damaged

VICTORIA - A 2001 gray Mazda 6 was damaged in the 3200 block of North Ben Jordan Street on Thursday. An estimated damage was not given.• VICTORIA - A 2003 blue Infiniti I-35 was damaged in the 2500 block of East Mockingbird Lane on Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $200.

Indicted

Victoria County

VICTORIA - A Victoria County grand jury recently returned indictments naming the following people.

Reynaldo Robles Ramirez, 63, of Victoria, on one count of indecency with a child - contact and two counts of indecency with a child - exposure. He is charged with sexually contacting a child younger than 17 on Jan. 1. He is also charged with exposing himself to two children younger than 17 on Dec. 1 and Nov. 1. He was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Tuesday.

Robert Allen Stehle, 42, of San Antonio, on four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He is charged with sexually assaulting a child younger than 14 from January to April 2002.

Thomas Sedillo Cano III, 21, of Victoria, on a charge of burglary of a building. He is charged with burglarizing the American Legion Post 116 and stealing money April 16, 2013.

Jose Angel Flores, 45, of Victoria, on a charge of assault of a family or household member with a previous conviction. He is charged with striking a woman Feb. 12.

Raymond Renteria, 24, of Victoria, on a charge of theft property between $1,500 and $20,000 from a man Nov. 4.

Bryon Baca, 62, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, cocaine, in a drug-free zone Jan. 27.

Boutarfa Lagha, 50, of Wharton, on a charge of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, cocaine, in a drug-free zone and on a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence Feb. 5.

Casey Eugene Laughhunn, 29, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, methamphetamine, in a drug-free zone Feb. 19.

James Warren Tyner, 25, of Allen, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, cocaine, March 29.

Gary Dean Walker, 22, of Victoria, on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance between 4 and 400 grams. He is charged with possessing with the intent to deliver between 4 and 400 grams of a a material, compound, mixture or preparation that contained naphthoylindoles.

John Paul Esparza, 23, of Port Lavaca, on charges of delivery of a controlled substance and engaging in organized criminal activity. He is charged with possessing with the intent to deliver a synthetic chemical compound that is a cannabinoid receptor agonist that mimics the pharmacological effect of naturally occurring cannibinoids and collaborating with three other people to profit off of it March 5.

Detric Shaunte Hamilton, 24, of Port Lavaca, on charges of delivery of a controlled substance and engaging in organized criminal activity. He is charged with possessing with the intent to deliver a synthetic chemical compound that is a cannabinoid receptor agonist that mimics the pharmacological effect of naturally occurring cannibinoids and collaborating with three other people to profit from it March 5.

Mariah Nicole Orta, 18, of Port Lavaca, on charges of delivery of a controlled substance and engaging in organized criminal activity. She is charged with possessing with the intent to deliver a synthetic chemical compound that is a cannabinoid receptor agonist that mimics the pharmacological effect of naturally occurring cannibinoids and collaborating with three other people to profit off of it March 5.

Alexis Diana Yerbabuena, 27, of Port Lavaca, on charges of delivery of a controlled substance and engaging in organized criminal activity. She is charged with possessing with the intent to deliver a synthetic chemical compound that is a cannabinoid receptor agonist that mimics the pharmacological effect of naturally occurring cannibinoids and collaborating with three other people to profit off of it March 5.

April Elizabeth Fox, 34, of Spring, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams. She is charged with possessing between 4 and 200 grams of methamphetamine March 15.

Marty Glenn Jacob, 50, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, methamphetamine, Nov. 14.

Christina Marie Flores, 30, of Victoria, on a charge of fraudulently using or possessing less than five pieces of identifying information. She is charged with obtaining a woman's driver's license and Social Security card Aug. 22, 2013.

Christopher Linn Seals III, 19, no city of residence available, on a charge of forgery of a financial instrument. He is charged with writing a fraudulent check for $161.67 Aug. 21.

Gregory Jovenal, 27, of Phoenix, Ariz., on a charge of bail jumping and failure to appear felony. He is charged with not appearing in court Oct. 30 for an engaging in an organized criminal activity case.

Xavier Michael Chacon, 22, of Victoria, on a charge of abandon endanger a child criminal negligence. He is charged with allowing a child younger than 15 to breathe in smoke produced from lit cigarettes containing synthetic marijuana April 5.

Courtney Lynn Garcia, 23, of Victoria, on a charge of abandon endanger a child criminal negligence. She is charged with allowing a child younger than 15 to breathe in smoke produced from lit cigarettes containing synthetic marijuana April 5.
