Chilly temperatures left the Crossroads dry in February.

The area was about 75 percent below normal when it came to rainfall.

Despite February's average low of 45.9 degrees, temperatures didn't dare to dip to the 1905 and 1951 record breaking 15 degrees mark - BRRRR.

Victoria received 0.52 of an inch of rain compared to a normal 2.08 inches for the month.
