Stolen

VICTORIA - A Galaxy Express cellphone valued at $100 from a school in the 3400 block of Bluebonnet Drive on Feb. 25.

VICTORIA - A stereo valued at $40 from a home in the 900 block of South Depot Street on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - A laptop valued at $400 from a home in the 1700 block of Warren Avenue on Feb. 25.

VICTORIA - Cash totaling $250 from a home in the 2900 block of Miori Lane on Feb. 28.

VICTORIA - Cash totaling $100 from a restaurant in the 4300 block of North Ben Jordan Street on March 1.

VICTORIA - An iPad valued at about $400 from a business in the 8600 block of North Navarro Street on March 1.

VICTORIA - A 2005 gray Chevrolet Impala valued at $11,000 from the 4400 block of North Navarro Street on March 1.

VICTORIA - A credit card was used to make purchases online in the amount of $113.36.

VICTORIA - Cash totaling $700 from a specialty store in the 2900 block of East North Street on March 1.

VICTORIA - Computer tablets valued at $948 from a discount store in the 9000 block of North Navarro Street on March 2.

VICTORIA - A debit card was fraudulently used to obtain $43.01 from a debit card belonging to a 29-year-old Victoria woman Wednesday.

VICTORIA - A person used another person's name to obtain a $1,126.31 loan from CashNetUSA on Tuesday.

VICTORIA - Cash totaling $1,900 from a 38-year-old Victoria woman at an unknown premise in the 1000 block of Du Pont Avenue on Feb. 28.

VICTORIA - An iPad valued at $600 from a home in the 2400 block of Walnut Avenue on Tuesday.

VICTORIA - Fraudulent charges totaling $593.75 were made on a Direct Express debit card belonging to a 38-year-old Victoria man Monday.

VICTORIA - Purchases totaling $387 were fraudulently made Monday on a credit card belonging to a 45-year-old Victoria man.

VICTORIA - Merchandise valued at $45.49 from a department store in the 8900 block of North Navarro Street on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - A pet Chihuahua and a dog leash valued at $260 from a home in the 1500 block of Warren Avenue on Wednesday.

VICTORIA - Merchandise valued at $69 from a grocery store in the 6100 block of North Navarro Street on Wednesday.

Damaged

VICTORIA - The windshield of a 2012 silver Nissan Altima at a home in the 2100 block of Tibiletti Drive on Feb. 22. The damage was valued at $200.

VICTORIA - The rear passenger window of a Ford Crown Victoria in the 900 block of East Hiller Street on March 2. The damage was valued at $300.

VICTORIA - The front door glass window of a home in the 200 block of Roanoke Drive on March 2. The damage was valued at $300.

VICTORIA - A 2014 black Dodge Avenger was scratched on the right front door while parked in a parking lot in the 4400 block of North Navarro Street on March 2. Damage was estimated at $1,200.

VICTORIA - The windshield of a vehicle at a home in the 2000 block of East Crestwood Drive on March 2. Damage was estimated at $450.

VICTORIA - Three tires on a vehicle in the 600 block of Brocton Drive on Monday. Damage was estimated at $300.

VICTORIA - The passenger side window of a Chevrolet Impala parked at a home in the 2200 block of Center Street on Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $250.

VICTORIA - The rear windshield of a Chevrolet Cobalt parked at a home in the 500 block of Avenue C on Monday. Damage was estimated at $500.

VICTORIA - Grass valued at $1,600 at a rental storage facility in the 500 block of Glascow Street on March 1.

VICTORIA - A tire valued at $60 from a car parked at a home in the 1600 block of Lova Drive on Monday.

Sentenced

VICTORIA - Estanislado Munoz, 30, of Victoria, to two years in prison after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to sex offender's failure to comply/civil.

VICTORIA - Shannon Lynette Clarke, 44, of LaSalle, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

VICTORIA - Christine Adams Vargas, 36, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to engaging in organized criminal activity.

VICTORIA - Travis Lee Barr, 19, of Inez, to two years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to evading arrest detention with a vehicle.

VICTORIA - Leticia Aguilar, 46, of Cotulla, to 10 years probation and 80 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of a controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams.

VICTORIA - Bronson Lewis Garner, 42, of Victoria, to five years probation and 40 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to credit card or debit card abuse.

VICTORIA - Malik Young, 18, of Victoria, to five years probation and 140 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to burglary of a building.

VICTORIA - Manuel Hernandez Plata III, 24, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds.

VICTORIA - Albert Scott Perez, 30, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault of a date, family or household member with a weapon.

VICTORIA - Frances Cantu Knode, 62, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty Tuesday to driving while intoxicated, third offense or more.

VICTORIA - Mary Ann Sias, 35, of Corpus Christi, to 15 months in state jail after her sentence was amended Tuesday for a May 2009 credit card or debit card abuse case. She has 494 days of jail credit.

VICTORIA - Jason Collins Coppedge, 43, of Cuero, to two years in prison after his sentence was amended Tuesday for a June 2008 theft of property between $20,000 and $100,000 case.

VICTORIA - Sammy Salinas, 23, of Cuero, to 90 days in the Victoria County Jail and sanctioned to a substance abuse felony punishment facility after his sentence was amended Wednesday for a July 2011 engaging in organized criminal activity.

VICTORIA - Narciso Martinez Jr., 59, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to driving while intoxicated, third offense or more.

VICTORIA - Colten B. Ellington, 25, of Victoria, to five years probation and 80 hours of community service after he pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession of a controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams.

VICTORIA - Tony Virgil Lester, 52, of Yoakum, to five years probation and 240 hours of community service after he was continued on probation Wednesday in a theft of property between $20,000 and $100,000 case. He was also sanctioned to seven days in the Victoria County Jail.

Indicted

VICTORIA - A grand jury issued indictments on the following people Feb. 21:

Gail Oliver, 51, of Jourdanton, on a charge of bail jumping and failure to appear felony. She is charged with failing to appear in court Jan. 7.

Raul Guajardo Sr., 54, of Port Lavaca, on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity and possession of a controlled substance. He is charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance with gang members and possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, also known as Kush, on Dec. 20. He is also accused of exhibiting a firearm while committing the crimes and during the flight there from.

Nicholas Carrera, 32, of Port Lavaca, on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity and possession of a controlled substance. He is charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance with gang members and possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, also known as Kush, on Dec. 20. He is also accused of exhibiting a firearm while committing the crimes and during the flight there from.

David Gabriel Garcia, 40, of Victoria, on a charge of assault of a family or household member with a previous conviction. He is charged with putting pressure on a woman's neck with his hands Dec. 7.

Monte D. Garnette, 43, of Victoria, on a charge of unauthorized use of vehicle. He is charged with operating a vehicle without the owner's permission Oct. 4.

Tommie James Villarreal, 44, of Victoria, on a charge of theft with two or more previous convictions. He is charged with stealing clothing and perfume valued at less than $1,500 from Kohl's on Nov. 15.

Joe Edward Ramirez, 38, of Corpus Christi, on a charge of theft of property less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions. He is charged with stealing Polaroid camera products, a Nintendo DS video game and clothing valued between $500 and $1,500 from Kohl's on Dec. 21.

Melissa Ann Escobar, 23, of Victoria, on a charge of theft stolen property, less than $1,500, with two or more previous convictions. She is charged with stealing diapers valued at less than $1,500 from Wal-Mart, 4104 Houston Highway, on Jan. 14.

Gaudelio Morin Jr., 35, of Victoria, on charges of injury to a child and assault. He is charged with pushing and grabbing a child aged 14 or younger and pushing a woman Nov. 20.

Travis Philips, 23, of Victoria, on a charge of assault of a public servant. He is charged with punching a police officer in the face while the officer was trying to keep him from walking out into traffic.

Percy O'Neal Frazier Jr., 54, of Victoria, on charges of theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone and tampering or fabricating evidence with the intent to impair. He is charged with stealing a Toyota Avalon valued between $20,000 and $100,000 from a car dealership and operating it Dec. 3. He is also charged with unlawfully possessing a firearm after he'd been convicted of forgery, possessing less than 1 gram of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a playground and knowingly concealing the items during an investigation Dec. 3.

Mathew Dominic Guerrero, 22, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone. He is charged with possessing less than 1 gram of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school Nov. 26.

Roland Partida, 33, of Victoria, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram in a drug-free zone. He is charged with possessing between 1 and 4 grams of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a playground Nov. 30.

Ruben Perez, 41, of Austin, on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance between 4 and 400 grams. He is charged with possessing with the intent to deliver a synthetic drug Jan. 15.

Elijah Neal Loving, 19, of Victoria, on a charge of theft of a firearm. He is charged with stealing a man's firearm Nov. 29.

Latricia Lashawn Shelton, 37, of Victoria, on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance. She is charged with possessing with the intent to deliver between 4 and 200 grams of cocaine Dec. 10.

Fernando Antonio Almaguer, 19, of Victoria, on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is charged with threatening a man with a knife and a gun and then used the weapons on the same man Oct. 23.

Miguel Angel Dominguez, 25, of Victoria, on a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury. He is charged with threatening a man with a knife and a gun and then used them on the same man Oct. 24.

Raphael Lee Mendieta, 18, of Victoria, on a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury. He is charged with threatening a man with a knife and a gun and then used the weapons on the same man Oct. 24.

Desmond Dewayne Williams, 22, of Victoria, on charges of theft, unauthorized use of a vehicle, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone and tampering or fabricating evidence with the intent to impair. He is charged with stealing a Toyota Avalon valued between $20,000 and $100,000 from a car dealership and operating it Dec. 3. He is also charged with unlawfully possessing a firearm after he'd been convicted of forgery, possessing less than 1 gram of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a playground and knowingly concealing the items during an investigation Dec. 3.

Iris Lee Fraire, 37, of Victoria, on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. She is charged with stealing a Toyota Tundra from a car dealership Nov. 13.

Marcus Wayne Munoz, 40, of Victoria, on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity and four counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He is charged with agreeing with a group of people to steal Toyota vehicles - an Avalon car, a Tundra truck, a Corolla car and two Scion sport utility vehicles valued between $100,000 and $200,000 - from the Toyota of Victoria dealership from Nov. 1 to Dec. 3.

Jessica Marie Vela, 28, of Victoria, on charges of engaging in organized criminal activity and four counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle. She is charged with agreeing with a group of people to steal Toyota vehicles - an Avalon car, a Tundra truck, a Corolla car and two Scion sport utility vehicles valued between $100,000 and $200,000 - from the Toyota of Victoria dealership from Nov. 1 to Dec. 3.

Tony Ray White, 45, of Victoria, on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He is charged with stealing a Toyota Scion from the Toyota of Victoria dealership Nov. 6.

Sharon Lynne Fuller, 44, of Victoria, on a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. She is charged with possessing less than 1 gram of methamphetamine Sept. 16.
