Water to Thrive founder to speak at Lenten service

The founder and president of a nonprofit organization that is helping to bring fresh, safe water to rural Africa will speak during the Wednesday Lenten service at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 1545 E. Farm-to-Market Road 1961 in Ander.
Dick Moeller, founder and president of Water to Thrive, will share how Water to Thrive is spreading awareness of the global water crisis while raising the funds needed to construct water wells for those who need them in rural Africa.
The Lenten supper and service are sponsored jointly by St. Peter's, St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Schroeder and Zion Lutheran Church in Arneckeville.
Supper will be available at 6:30 p.m. with the service at 7:30 p.m.
Members of the community are invited to attend the supper and service.
The theme of this year's Lenten service series is "Making Change."
Other Wednesday evening Lenten suppers and services will be March 26, April 2 and April 9 and Holy Week services April 17 and April 18.
