Every piece of beef is hand cut daily by a certified meat cutter at Texas Roadhouse. That is what manager Tyler Wychopen said makes them special.
Texas Roadhouse was once again named best steak in the Crossroads in the Advocate's 2014 Best of the Best competition.
"It goes to show our quality of product, that we can compete with higher-end restaurants," he said.
The restaurant serves up eight different cuts of meat, from Porterhouse to a bone-in ribeye, but Wychopen said their most popular is the sirloin, though he recommends the prime rib.
